I have recently been retrenched & now have had the stress of trying to settle my account. I have been to the store 3 times trying to get this organised & all times, have been given the run around, with regards to the persons at the customer service giving me the wrong information as to what is needed to get this done. I have an account protection plan on my account - which now seems to me that EDGARS purposely give you the run around to frustrate you. Its bad enough I lost my job, now having to deal with incompetant staff & them just thinking its ok to give wrong information. It seems the insurer for the EDGARS account protection plan... FINRITE, are also going to be useless, as I have struggled to get through to them, to get the right information &to deal directly. I want this account to be settled, as I have neither the time nor money now to pay or go from pillar to post to get it sorted out. I would strongly advise everyone NOT TO OPEN EDGARS ACC, if you ever are in the position to be unemployed, they wont give a & only want their money. I paid for the account protection plan & have the right to get it settled!!!
