UNHAPPY about change from 6 months to 12 months

To whom it may concern,

I have ALWAYS bought on 6 months interest free plan, and i spend a lot of money at edgars/cna/jet, why all of a sudden have i been charged interest on 12 months plan when all my purchases are 6 onths. this month i get charged with R700 interest, NO WAYS, please rectify or at least let me know why.

If this is the case then I will be closing my account ASAP.
