SHOCKING SERVICE - Cycle Lab You!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such shocking service, lack of ownership and a bunch of people so useless!!! 6 weeks to service a high end bike and rework the frame???

From pillar to post, one excuse after another, nobody can actually tell you what is going on. One thing after another, phone call after phone call, getting cut off most of the time, messages left and nobody ever returns your calls but a sms messaging service.

This type of customer service is nothing short of appalling regardless of the fact that my bill is over 10k?

All I can say is, since the store moved to its new glorious premises, it has gone completely backwards and clearly left behind its previous customer service principals. After all what do you expect from a store that now opens at 09h00 in the morning when most people start work at 08h00. Convenient for the staff but NOT for the customer.

Shew, good luck to you guys because I will never be back and I will do everything in my power to spread the word and make sure people I know never have to experience the same horrific episode I have had to endure.

I will collect my bike in boxes and get a real professional bike shop to finish the job!
