I bought sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, and returned them the following day for a full refund. They were pleasant and co-operative and there were no hassles! HOWEVER it is now 5 months later and I am still waiting for the refund to be credited to my Edgars account. This is after numerous visits to Sunglass Hut and queries. Time and petrol on my side! But no body seems to care.
