Sunglass Hut or is it Sunglass Eish

I bought a pair of Oakley Dart sunglasses from Sunglass Hut at Clearwater Mall about 18months ago and the tint actually started peeling off. I took it back for them to look at and they demanded proof of purchase. I explained that I didn't keep the proof of purchase but they can find it since they keep a copy of the slip... right? They then tell me that they've changed systems and don't have old records. I explain that I also don't have old records as I closed my credit cards moons ago. They are now returning my sunglasses as is... I might as well have bought the rubbish sold on the street corners. I will not support this store again as I feel its unfair to expect a customer to produce documents that you as a store cant produce either.
