Unreliable, dishonest, no concept of cust service

My girlfriend's daughter took in her Big Boy Scooter to Big Boy Scooters in Gezina, Pretoria around 4 weeks ago to have an oil leak fixed. Moosa told her that in order to locate the leak the scooter need to be serviced. She agreed. The scooter was serviced but the oil leak not fixed. Cost was R1000. 2 Weeks ago I took the scooter back myself & again the problem was not sorted. This past saturday for the 3rd time the scooter was taken back & supposedly the engine was taken out but again the problem was not fixed but was charged R250. When we saw it spewing oil after fetching the bike I immediately called Moosa & told him we are on our way back. THere was also a pipe hanging on the road which when inquired about his worker just wanted to cut off. My girlfriend & daughter was upset & asked the worker what it would take for them to actually sort out the problem & Moosa then came out & told us to take the scooter somewhere else & F Off of his property. An argument ensued because I confronted him for swearing at my girlfried & her daughter & he then returned the R250 but accepted no responsibility for the oil leak that is still not fixed. His only concern was his workers not the cust
