What a superfantabous service thank you

I had a complain about a kettle at Jet Store at Elloff Street yesterday and today when I explain to another manager at another jet Edgar's store I received a very good welcoming to hear my side of the story and I really respect and salute the way the manager handled the whole scenario. She went beyond, an extra mile to help me and within an hour I received a call from the initial store and got helped. She was exceptional, excellent and she had a listening skill to understand clearly my concerns and now I have a happy smiling face. Again thank you, thank you very much to her.
