Good afternoon

April 2013 I bought a bedroom suite from bears after few days it was delivered, few day after I wasn't happy with the good and I went to the store bears Florida (jhb) to complain I spoke to the sales manager (i even asked if it was the face out stock) and they send a guy from the store to fix it and still it wasn't okay, the next day the send mother guys who solved the problem with the mirror, few months later I also complain about the headboard and they send the guy by the name of mr Chauclen who now cracked my headboard and his claiming that he found it like that if which is not true as am sleeping on that and can see if there's any problem... I went to the store today to show that to them and there's nothing they can do to help me.. The things is am paying too much and I can't take this anymore and am not happy .. Recently I went to the store to but a washing machine and a bed around the 19/109/2012 machine was delivered on the 26/09/2013in mahikeng and am still waiting for the bed and today is the 09/10/2013... Am taking this further as am not happy with the service that I get.
