I bought a Samsung double door fridge in 2009-04-24 with 2 years guarantee for my mother who resides in Giyane section a house 2522.My mother took out extended warranty which covered the fridge from 2011-04-24 and expired 2013-04-24. The fridge started having problems in January 2013, on the 22 of January my mom went to report the problem at the Game Makhado. February 4th the people from the store came to check the fridge and on the 31st of May they came to fix it, when the guy who was fixing it left it sounded as if it was fine but the person who was fixing it said there is something that is missing he has to order the part he will come back to finish the job. Nobody came back until my mom went to Makhado game to report again that the fridge has stopped working the same night they fixed it and she has been waiting for the guy to come back to finish the fixing but he did not come. The last time someone came from Game was in September 06 but they could not fix the fridge, since January last year my mom has been without a fridge and she got tired of running after them until I started calling them on 0155199000/17, where Phillipson, Erik, Victor and Bruce failed dismally to help me.
