On Friday 1 March i had called home choice to order a coffee table but told the consultant i spoke to i need the specs for the coffee table first, 3 days later i had not received them, then again on Monday i had to call again and I spoke to Thozama who promised to call me back regarding the specs before the end of the day but i did not receive any call so AGAIN on tuesday i called and i spoke to Julie who decided to drop the call on me. I can list all the people i spoke to Lee, Shamika and i eventually requested to speak to a senior and i was put through to a man called Ihtishaam Kishaan who promised me that Julie will call me back regarding the specs and also explain why she decided to hang up on me. Till this day i have not recieved 1 call back. I fail to understand why none of all the people i spoke to can send me specs for a coffee table you (homechoice) advertised to me. This is the worst pathetic, disgusting service i have ever recieved in my life. I am at a point where i dont want that coffee table anymore because of the appauling service i have received. I want that phone call from Julie with an explanation why she hung up on me. is this how homechoice treats its clients???
