The way I look at organisations like PnP is the same as I look at Government, they are the big guys and we are the little guys, but that said they cannot operate without us, we are most important to them and should be treated as such. I am glad to get a call from Martin (C.F.O), Head Office in Cape Town, to listen and apologise to the little guy and assist where needed, an example needed by the government. It is always sad thought that it has to get to that level but I am, after much frustration, grateful for the call which only confirms my trust in PnP as my family store. Thank you again, excellent service.
