I went to Pickn pay in Arcadia, had a an unsatisfactory service from one of the guys. I immediately informed Louis who responded to my whatsap message in no time, I am grateful for that, i apologies to have bothered you on a sunday and appreciate the manner in which you handled my query. I thank you and my loyalty to your stores is guaranteed. I sometimes think Pick n Pay head office stuff are more compentent, efficient and dedicated than the guys in their shops. Anyone can make a mistake but ATTITUDE is not a mistake.
