I sent a query to Cape Government via their website, [URL Removed]
on Saturday morning 12/1/2013.
I received the following auto-response shortly after lunch on the same day.

"This email serves as confirmation that an incident has been submitted. We will respond to you within 36 working hours.

Communication Officer: Western Cape Government Contact Centre"

During the week of 14/1/2013 I attempted to contact the

at the phone number above. The call was answered by a very helpful gentleman who informed me that the listed number was incorrect and should be 021 483 5075. He then tried to put me through, but it was unanswered. Several attempts to phone during the week were met by an unanswered phone. It is now more than a week since my web query and there has been no reply. I would hope that government departments work more than a 36 hour week.
