Edroom suit paint peeling off

I bought a bed room suit cash on the 4th of january 2013 from Bradlows in krugersdorp and it was delivered a week and half after the purchase date. three day after delivery i realised that the paint was still fresh and it was having some bubbles and couple of areas espacially on the head board. i went to Bradlows krugersdorp on the 2nd of feb 2013 to report the issue and i was promised that it will be replaced as i showed them the photos and it was even peeling off in some areas. Rose promised to call me and tell me when the replacement will be delivered and she never called. on the 15th feb i called and spoke to the manager at krugersdorp and she said she was gonna sort the issue out with Rose. i have not received a call ever since from them and i don't think i should be the one calling them to follow up on the matter. the service i am receiving regarding this issue is just poor.
