I bought a lounge suite on monday 14/10/13 after being promised that they had stock and it would be delivered on wednesday 17/10/13 I paid the total amount R8950-00 in cash..When i called on thuesday to confirm the delivery, i was told that they had no stock available but that i could get the demo lounge suite until they got stock. After many phone calls to their customerservice center, wich was of no help to me i deceided to cancel the deal and asked to be refunded. Thats when my nigthmare began, i was told by Christene of the pretoria west branch that i would have to wait until the end of October. I contacted a guy by the name of Fererria at the Andries str branch. He was very helpful and reassured me that he would make sure that i didnt wait so long for my eft payment from head office. He called me on 18/10/13 and told me that he had the paperwork stating that my money was paid into my account. After goig to the bank i called him and told him that there was no payment made. I want my money, i had no problem paying them so why should i wait so long. I believe they never had that lounge suite in stock and wanted to send me the demo wich was in the store claiming it was new. PLEASE HELP!
