OMO reward a Hoax! there is NO reward

I have entered this competiton twice, and both times have had disgusting service. The first entry after many phonecalls and e-mails I set a date, however when I received the sms confirming the date and time it was a month previously, before the competition even started! when I phoned to query it they did not have my details on their system and I was told someone would get back to me... I am still waiting. I bought more Omo and entered again. I kept phoning as they said they would contact me and I heard nothing, I received an sms at 2:45 saying my appointment would be that afternoon at 16:30! I had a doctors appointment, so asked them to change the date as it was far too short notice, once again I was told they would phone me back. I am once again still waiting! I am thoroughly disappointed with this service. I have not received any of the promised rewards and have to phone on my account to try and get help, and each time I am told I am not on the system or they will get back to me. I am not sure if Unilever is aware of this BAD service from the company they are using.
