I have bought your Omo Liquid from Woolworths and entered the codes I have done it twice and my husband once (Three different codes from three bottles only one reward was honoured.) A lady has contacted me for my reward I advised her my husband has entered and I have entered another one she said some one will be in contact with us Shortly. I called the number again gave my husband's ID number the branch I would like to go to and she said she will send me confirmation I gave Her my ID number too no response. Another lady called me and advised I can only go Monday to Thursday I asked her to please call me back so I may arrange a baby sitter and put a date in she made a note no call back. I feel the contact centre you have sourced to do this is not handling the influx or the management of bookings and communication thereof of this wonderful rewards programme therefore tarnishing your brand and promise of delivery. What should be exciting reward has turned into somewhat of a nightmare to book.

Please assist me in the bookings of my other two vouchers I have received.
