No OMO FREE gift codes received

About a week ago I purchased two bottles of omo liquid with the free gift stickers attached. I proceeded to put the details into my phone and i got the smses and call backs as promised, however Idid not recieve the codes via sms or email which they said they would send me after the call and me giving my details. A whole week later and I still havent recieved anything. How can they promise free gifts on their products if they dont follow through on their promises. I have tried to contact the query line but it is no use you just hold forever while you wai to be helped. Very dissapointed in this free gift promise with no return.
