Stinking disgusting attitude

I returned a broken kiddies umbrella at Pick n Pay Paarl central i bought around November 2013. Because I no longer had the slip Thembela at customer care called Neels van der Walt who show no interest to my problem but barked and performed in poor English mixed with Afrikaans (which i dont understand) whilst other clients were watching and listening and that he want the slip and thats it. This Neels know nothing about treating all customers equally regardless of who they are, his behaviour is pure. The poor quality umbrella my daughter hardly used is my loss now just after 2 months? Pick n Pay is this the reward we get being barked at when we encounter quality problems of your products? Is this unacceptable disgusting attitude we get for being loyal customers? Because i do all my monthly groceries have smart shopper card and to be treated like this by a well know brand name like Pick n Pay is a shame.
