I bought a pair of PJ's for my daughter 2 weeks ago at pick n pay clothing the glen. After the first wash a hole fell into the material (clearly a default in the material). i unfortunatally didnt have the slip but went to the store knowing that they would be able to trace the purchase with my smart shopper card. I got to the shop and explained to the store manager what the problem was, and that unfortunatally i dont have the slip. (only pnp sells those pjs). rudely i got told that they have never had a problem with the pjs. She then said and what would you like me to do about the pjs. obviously i would like to exchange them for another pair. After telling me that its impossible for her to know that i bought it at that store she rudely told me to go get another pair. Miraculously then she could pick the phone up to call the smart shopper department to confirm that i bought it at that store. I mean really. pnp is pnp. doesnt matter wich store it was purchased from. is it really such an effort to exchange something that is deffective??? really dont appreciate her bad attatude. im a paying customer.
