Poor Service at Incredible Connection

I have just had the Apple trainer from the Gateway store, shouting at me and being rude on the telephone. I bought my IPad from Incredible Connection in the Pavillion after being told by the Hillcrest branch that the Pavillion branch offered customer training, only to be told after my purchase that the training is only in Gateway. I live in Kloof, 50 kms away. Don't tell me that you offer a service when it is only offered to customers of certain branches. I feel that this is discriminating and you are ostracising certain customers. (The training was my sole reason for selecting Incredible Connection - the prices are the same at all the retailers.) When I complained to the staff member, Dewalt (I am not sure if the spelling is correct), that I had not been given what I was promised he was extremely rude. I also had to leave two messages for him before he responded to my call. When he did call back he said to me that he had been dealing with a very difficult customer (very unprofessional Dewalt). If this is how you treat your customers I won't be buying anything else from Incredible Connection. Yes the Hillcrest staff made a genuine mistake, but try and do something to help
