WE TOOK CLOTHES IN FOR IRONING & APPALLED BY SERVICE FROM LADIES IN SHOP. OUR IRONING WASN'T READY WHEN WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO COLLECT. WE WENT BACK LATER TO COLLECT MAJORITY STILL CREASED, A PILE OF CLOTHES THAT DIDN'T BELONG TO US & A BUNCH OF CLOTHES MISSING. WE WENT BACK TO SHOP TO QUERY ISSUE, THE LADIES IN THE SHOP SHOWED NO INTEREST, SPOKE TO EACH OTHER IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE & MERELY WALKED AWAY. WE ASKED WHO THE MANAGER WAS, SHE SAID SHE IS THESE DAYS. WE SOURCED MANAGERS DETAILS OF LANDLORD FROM SPAR WHO PUT US IN TOUCH WITH MANAGER. I SENT A MAIL COMPLAINING ABOUT ATROCIOUS SERVICE RECEIVED & MISSING CLOTHES. AFTER A LENGTHLY BACK & FORTH PROCESS WHICH INCLUDED US GOING INTO SHOP & SEARCHING THROUGH EVERYTHING, WE CAME UP EMPTY HANDED. ROSS & DIANNE ACKNOWLEDGED OUR SITUATION OF MISSING / CLOTHES & REQUESTED A LIST OF ITEMS OF WHICH I PROVIDED ONLY TO BE TOLD THE FOLLOWING: QUOTE FROM ROSS & DIANNE "AT THIS STAGE WE ARE NOT SURE THAT WE HAVE LOST YOUR ITEMS, AS EVEN YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT HAS BEEN MISPLACED. WE CANNOT & WILL NOT DO ANYTHING MORE WITHOUT PROOF THAT A: PROOF WE BROUGHT ITEMS ON LIST INTO SHOP. B: PROOF OF PURCHASE THEREOF & REFERED US TO THEIR T&C.!!!
