Verbal retrenchments/short pay on salaries in Dece

Worked at pouchel holdings in voortrekker road in bellville 133 voortrekker road they moved premises on 27nov from parow to bellville and put us off for more that 2 weeks due to moving without pay and then called us back on 9dec to let us wrok till 17 dec and company close for the holidays on 20dec we reopened 6Jan 2014 came there and surpisily they just retrenched the MTN champaign workers verbally without notice and they have employed new staff today for training for other champagns Real people and some other champaign so un proffesional and the owners is from Zimbabwe and they don't know they rules in SA more than 15 staffmembers sitting without jobs and when we call and sms them for our retrechment papers and last monies Michelle the owner will not reply and if she answers he phone she tell me she is busy driving what can we as employees do to get this people to help and assist us with our queries we are entitled to? they are just ignoring all of us at present and I want to warn everyone out there not to apply within the company for jobs this people is feeling nothing for the next person. So BE warned people think twice please
