Pathetic service, Pathetic delivery

I placed my order with the buy 3 get 1 free special. The items were marked as delivered within 6 working days. On 23/12 I received only 1 of 4 items. I had made several calls to the call center, received empty promises, and also learnt that my calls were not recorded due to a telephony change over the December period (NONSENSE). I did not receive the goods to date and received an email indicating a cancellation of the items, with the WRONG credit amounts. I do not want a kalahari credit because i will NEVER use them again. Its embarrassing to associate myself with a useless company who cannot manage their customers expectations properly! And all the call center agents say is i am terribly sorry! How pathetic!
This is the second time in 6 months that kalahari has messed me around!
With 1157 hellopeter complaints in the last year, someone needs to take customer service delivery more seriously! Wake up [URL Removed] there are many other competitors out there waiting to impress your customers!
