I made a cash purchase yesterday at game. I received a call from the delivery company this morning and he told me that he can only deliver 2 of the 4 items to me and then later the other 2 items. I told him that it is unacceptable as I cannot go home twice in one day to receive the items. He then threw the phone down in my ear. I later learned that he was actuall the manager of Game and he went on leave today. I then phoned the sales person 5 times and each time I was promised that he would return my call which never happened. I then spoke to the assistant manager, Jozi, who did not listen, had an arrogant attitude and who only wanted to do a cash refund and threatened me the custome! I do not want a cash refund, I want my appliances dlivered to me by a competent team and I want an apology from the regional manager for the disgusting service I've received.
