Game must leave the Game

I live in Langebaan, my son in the Strand. He is moving into a new house and needed a few appliances, so i phoned Game Somerset Mall and spoke with Tooby. As this was the beginning of last week, i payed via EFT so as to get the ball rolling. The fridge i wanted was not in stock and would only be ready on Monday. I took a day leave and drove to Strand to be there for delivery. Saturday i went into the Game store and bought a washing machine [cash] from Tooby and confirmed my fridge delivery, Monday and by lunch, no fridge, i phoned Tooby he gave me the warehouse no, warehouse said not to worry they will be there. Late afternoon still nothing. I phoned the warehouse, dont worry the driver came to collect a 2nd load yours is in it. 17H00 i phoned Tooby he said delivery was late but would be there. Tuesday delivery guy phones to confirm address and tells us he only got the invoice that morning. I have to put in another days leave[boss not happy]. I phone Game to speak with manager leave 2 messages no reply. The 3rd time i get put to a Chantell, explain my story and she says to come back to me in 10min, it did not happen. Am still waiting
