On 02/12 I went onto Kalahari to buy my husband CD's that were to be imported from the UK.Firstly, Kalahari's system had a "glitch"& it did not stipulate that these 2 items were out of stock. So I happily did an EFT the same day for these items. My delivery date was to be the 24/12.Two days later, my delivery date was to be the 8th January! I called the Call Centre&an agent stated they had not yet even found a supplier to import the CD's but they happily put up another date which was a LIE.No notification was sent to me, I had to call&enquire as to the date change. I THEN cancelled this order&was told when calling the call centre that my refund (a credit to my Kalahari account) would take a mere 24 hrs. FANTASTIC! I would be able to shop around again on Monday. I called an agent named Imaad monday morning to find out what was going on&he said that i should have already had a credit to my account&he would find out what is going on. I called him twice again as he had not called me back& still couldnt give me an answer. I AGAIN called at 12:30&spoke to another lady who told me that my refund would actually take 3-14 days! PATHETIC SERVICE! NO NOTIFICATIONS&NO ONE AT KALAHARI ACTUALLY CARES!
