Hi i opened an account at Russells in Brixton in late some time in September 2012 and i bought from them a TV, Fridge a Lounge suite and a kitchen unit and what happened was in the first month month i had a complain about the lounge suite and they said that they would pick it up and repair it than they brought it back in the exact condition they picked it up and it went on like that for several months i even phoned there head office and they promised to help it caused me to stay out of work for several days to visit the store until i stopped paying for this damaged goods and poor service then they started phoning and making treats when i told them to either exchange or refund me until i never heard from them after losing my job now i received a call a few days ago telling me that they are going to collect the stuff and i told them to replace or fix the goods or i would not pay or to cancel the account when it was less then one month old that was until my friend referred me to the HelloPeter website where they would held in my situation.
