Sick Kittens for Sale

We bought a 8 week old Kitten from this store, i took him to the vet 2 days after having him for his vaccinations and because he was not well.
He was under weight and had terrible tummy problems, the vet refused to give him vaccinations until he was well. He was given an anti-biotic shot and anti-biotic meds as well as special food and powder for his food.

This ended up costing us R900.00 due to the pet store not looking after the animals they have on sale.
We bought the kitten as well as all the goodies that go along with it so already spending a substantial amount from the get go.

Its not right on the animals or the people purchasing them.

Im happy to say he is fully recovered and doing well, but what would someone do if they couldnt afford that as its an unexpected cost!
