Sick pets

I have bought several pets there which include 2 guinea pigs and 2 kittens. Both the guinea pigs have died and both my kittens had a sickness called "Snuffels" and I took them 2 the vet just in time. The premises of the petshop is always dirty the animals all have some sort of problem and the owner is not a animal person at all. In my opinion they can rather close the petshop for good, the animals will be much better off.
