Account paid up but still debit orders goin throug

I have paid my account in May and I was told that I will be getting the paid letter in 14 workings days and my account have been deducted twice by them already without getting anything and I have been charged for those unpaid debit orders, the reason they wouldn't get anything is because I got a settlement letter from them and I paid exactly what was stated on the letter and was so surprised to get those deducts on my account.

I still haven't received that paid up letter until today I have been calling them every blessed day and the answer am getting is they will come back to me by end of day it's almost 2 months now, I need that paid up letter urgently as they had judgement on my name on about this I want to clear my name, please help
