Incredible Connection
Need my beats

I went to the incredible connection in the v&a last year on the 17th of dec to return my Beats by Dr Dre Solo that were under warranty and they promised me that I will get them before or on the 10th working day and now it way past that and apparently the guy that checks them will be back on the 13th, but I mean now even the CPA is on my side here, no 1 wants to give me my refund and I am tired of running around now
