Bonoventure was the representative, as we stated the process his first words where, " Jo you earn a good Salary" This is extremely unprofessional. Apon signing the contract I saw they charged for deliveries, he said it was free the first time. After requesting to speak to the manager Ewan Borcher he said he was very sorry and he will pass it as a credit. Talk about entrapment. The lounge suit was delivered and we noticed that the 3 seated was damaged, The 2nd lounge suit was del, apon inspection the under felt was damaged. The driver then processed to tell me how bad & cheap they are made because they all come from China. Shew I was at a loss for words. He called the sales Manager (Andre) and he was instructed to bring it back. When the driver drove away he left a large oil spill in the middle of my driveway. This has upset me as I take pride in were I live and how I live.1. Disrespect for customers Privacy information.2. Lying to a customer as account information.3. Misleading customers on false pretenses. 4. Managers not knowing what is going on within his own branch.5. House and Homes representation of exceptional poor quality, with alcohol emanating from contracted workers.
