Ignoring customers in queue

This morning I headed to Jet, picked out a few items in no less than 10 minutes and headed to the checkout. There were 3 ladies working behind the counter busy with customers, except for Thazia who was busy sorting lifeless HANGERS. 1 of the cashiers was busy with a query and 1 (with the manager Arthar) was busy at the cellphone counter. I was the only customer in the queue I might add. Thazia on more than one occasion also made eye contact with me which suggested that she acknowledged me standing there. Thinking Thazia was assigned to sort hangers for the day I continued to wait in line until I got tired of waiting, dropped my items and started towards the door. Selene, called Thazia, pointed to me and said 'customer'. She then got up off the floor came to me and asked to me move to the opposite side of the counter. I told her to bring my items across. She took it and shoved it to Selene saying: 'here take this I dont lus for this'. It would have been a different story if Thazia never had a till assigned to her that moment and was never logged on, but let selene do the transaction on her till she was logged onto as Thazia. I want more than just an apology
