Disgusting attitude and unwillingness to help

As part of my work I travel from area to area to call on my stores and each time I enter PNP in promenade mall I am left wondering why I did it to my self. Worse incedent being that of Friday the 31st of may at 14:40. I went in to get some lunch and found the store to be extremely busy, that was not the issue though as i am aware that month end is usally busy. I got a few bags of chips, some biltong and a pie. Made my way to the cigarette counter as I needed that to. Firstly there are no express tills or a 10 items or less till point. No signage stipulating that payment for other goods werent permitted at that counter. As I reached the cashier she said with a look of utter distain on her face, "I cant help you with this go stand in the queue." I mentioned that I required cigarettes to and thus why I came to the counter she says "the other cashier will get it for you when you with her, now go stand in that queue I cant help you" at this point my blood started boiling and I disgarded my other items and just purchased the cigarettes. Telling her she is rude and has no customer skills she promptly replies "no, you are rude"
A smile and good service is seriously lacking at PNP promenade
