Still waiting for my tent

I received a tent that looked nothing like the one I ordered, I sent an email complaining about the tent and I was told to drop off the tent at their nearest branch in Benoni but I will be told when to drop it off, even today I'm still waiting, I have now reached a point where I want nothing to do with the company and just want my refund, they are failing big time and it doesnt look they intend resolving the matter.
Since I reported the matter on hello peter no one has called Or even cared to respond, I am the one who calls and sends emails.
