Quality of meat product

On Monday 17th june 2013 I purchase fresh meat at the "Food lovers market" park meadows and one of the two t-bone steaks that I purchased was not at all fresh, i opened the plastic vacum packed bag as i bought two individually vacum packed pieces of meat and on opening the bag the most awful smell came from the meat, its was most certainly off/rotten and I had to throw the meat way in my dustbin outside the house, the smell was extremely bad.
