Purchases were made on my account on the 01/11/13. i did not receive any kind of sms notification of the purchase as stipulated on their statements!!! my statement was posted to my fathers po box, which i am not sure where they got his details from? upon calling to report the purchase, the first call centre agent i spoke to hung up on me, i rang back and was told that i need to supply them with a certified copy of my id, an affidavit, copies of my signature, copies of the card and fax it back to them. i am still waiting for confirmation of their receipt of these documents? after leaving 3 messages for Mandla Ponoane to call me back i am still waiting!!! 12 days later. due to Game's incompotence this has occured am now i am the fool that has to run around trying to sort this out!!! It is now the 4th of January 2014 i have just spent about 2 hours on the phone with call centre agents being pushed from pillar to post, and still do not know if anything has been done regarding this issue, i also still do not know wether or not they have received the documents i have sent through. well done game you have just lost a client for life!
