When handing my game stores account card in to the cashier at Game in Kenilworth centre, she advised I'm unable to purchase any goods, though I had no outstanding payments due and sufficient credit to purchase. The cashier buzzed for a senior to attend who then contacted the card division who then required to speak to me in order to perform verifications. I spoke to a lady by the name of Unathi, who had a rude attitude when speaking to me. After speaking to Unathi for about 5 minutes, she transferred me to another person (I did not get his name as I was getting a bit agitated by that time). He then did additional security checks for about 5 minutes. After all the security checks (while the cashier is unable to attend to anyone else) I was informed that I first need to fax copies of my ID with three signature to the card division before any purchases could be made using my game card. According to the card division, I was the cause of this situation due to either not answering my phone after making my first purchase above R1000 or not responding to the an sms from them. I did not get any phone call nor an sms. I please want to be contacted by a senior to get this matter sorted.
