In July 2013 we cancelled our club book. First purchase in months was at the end of November and when or account came we were automatically signed back in to the club without the consent of the account holder. We refuse to pay this as we cancelled the club because we did not want it. When contacted by one of your staff we once again declined the book! Please sort this out as I am sure I will find something in the Consumer Protect Act on added services without account holders consent.

I sent the following message to your Facebook team as they were the ones who cancelled the club book on our behalf but was ignored. Please sort this as we NEVER requested to join the club AGAIN!
