Jet Club Fee cancelled but still billing me

On the 04th October 2012 I called Jet Call centre and told them to cancel the jet club fee which I am being charged on my account. When opening my account I advised them that I did not want the jet club book as it does not interest me at all. However since the day I started using my account I have been charged for the jet club book and fee etc. I am furious as I have phoned personally to cancel this and it still has not been done. From October 2012 to date it has cost me R225 to receive a book which I don't look at or even take interest in. I am expecting this to be credited to my account as I DO NOT WANT THIS JET CLUB FEE. as originally indicated. I expect this credit to happen end of this month.
