Disgusting service Kalahari - ypu shuld be ashamed

I ordered over R2, 000 worth of books on 23/11/2012 for my husband's birthday on 13 Dec. Well after about 15 calls my parcel did not arrive in time for the birthday after many promises from the call centre. So I thought the parcel would arrive in time for Christmas. What a joke, they couldn't even do that. ONE MONTH after my online order I still have not received my order. Today is 3rd January 2014 and I have still not received my order. ALL of the call centre agents keep on promising to send it, I have even had it out with 2 Managers and still no parcel!!

[URL Removed] please do not rely with a feeble "sorry apologetc answer" bla bla bla. JUST SEND MY ORDER!!! Never again will I use your service and I am going to tell all my friends shocking your service is.
