We have received and email confirming dispatch of a parcel on 23 DECEMBER 2013. today the 03 January 2014 the call centre (nikki and Charles) is REFUSING To assist and advise where the parcel is.

it seems like Kalahari Is easy to take the money from clients, but when it comes to delivery of goods - its not happening - and clients have to call and call and be put on hold for 15 min a time to hear silly and non valid excuses!!!

Where is the parcel and when will this be delivered!!
its not acceptable!!!
