UNSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT

I bought the hairwavz from homemark in kollonade on the 23ste of december. It doesnt meet up to the standards. I was away and only returned on tuesdae since saturday i tried to phone homemark with out any success on monday i send an e-mail and they only replied yesterday (2/01/2014).there are no number for the store in kollonade so i couldnt get hold of them. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied because it doesnt meet up to the standards yesterday i was at the store and they cant exchange it because the seven day period are over.
