I ordered an Xbox bundle from the CNA online store as Christmas gift for my kids on the 29 November 2013
The bundle was advertised as a 250gb Console Fifa 13 game, Forza game, a headset & two controls.
When the goods arrived it only had 1 control. I have called the customer support centre on numerous occasions, only to be told oh sorry the control is discontinued. How do you advertise something, bill the customer & then say oh sorry we can no longer. The online store sells individual controls so how can they say that its discontinued.
I have called very day since the 19 December & am still waiting for the rest of my goods to be delivered or some sort of arrangement to be made. I have had numerous promises to be called back with feedback, but to no avail, nobody ever calls back
I am highly annoyed & frustrated.
