False advertising

On 27 December 2014, on CNA's website they advertise an Xbox 360 Battlefield 4 bundle that includes an Xbox 360 250 gb console with an extra remote, the battlefield 4 game, the FIFA 14 game, Halo 4 and a Tomb Raider Xbox game download token, all for R 3899, 90. When I phoned the Menlyn branch to ask them to keep one aside for me, a gentleman told me that the promotion has ended on the 15th December 2014.
if the promotion ended then they should remove it from their website. otherwise it is false advertising and that is a crime. I think to justify this they should give me the the bundle at that price they advertised it.
