Damage goods and they don't answer calls

Good day,
I bought isabella 3 piece bedroom suite cream, wood. For r6999.95 cash and I paid a delivery of r300.00 in gugulethu price n pride on the 101213 the service was excellent as I was assisted by a young male, then they promised to deliver the goods in the following week as the country was mourning Mandela. Promise was done as we receive the goods on the 17th december 13 however the people who delivered where so unproffesional as my younger was signing for them, they didn't unpack and show them the goods are in good condition they complained that we were supposed to fetch them ourselves, when my mother unpack she find the mirror is brocken and on the 18th I went to price n pride in gugulethu to report it they tried to call Mthatha branch no answer they left an email with reference no one called back, I tried today it rang then it was on no calls ringing I'm so as I paid cash and I expext a service for my money ref no is jn 703177
