I had purchased a DVD from Kalahari as a gift for a friend and was concerned as when it arrived, I heard the DVD rolling about in the box. I opened the box to find that the disc had been scratched from sliding about, and the bit that the disc clicks onto in order to stay in place had been broken.

I notified Kalahari on the 21st Dec, they responded on the 27th Dec and said I would be credited the full amount of the DVD. Conveniently, the friend I was gifting was away, so I had time to order a replacement (during their time of free shipping) which has now arrived and I will have time to re-wrap before giving it to her this weekend.

I was happy with the level of service received and their "no quibble" policy. I assume they may have offered to send a replacement directly, if it were not already so close to Christmas.

Overall, thumbs up! :)
