Caltex
No Service

This is not the first time. In fact the third fourth. And not only me. Other customers as well. The old dilapidated service station has been replaced with a brand new state of the art Caltex service station Rutgers road Brits. To everyone's delight, However when driving up to this spotless Caltex station the woes begin. Especially at peak times. Before dropping of school children. With a large station with more than 15 pumps plus only two attendants. Later another one pops up. Three. Only three attendants to fill up vehicles. One after the other cars leave to fill up at another station. Even on quite times during the day. Two or three attendants. Terrible how do they expect to do business. Waiting up to 5 minutes to be assisted. Terrible. It is not the attendants fault, they have to take all the complaining. Its the owners, why not employ more attendants?
