High and mighty managers

We bought 2x 4 pack cokes from Game Vanderbijlpark in the Vaal mall. As we where at the tills the one handle broke and fell on my wife's foot and injured her toe badly. As I asked to speak to a manager we waited for almost 20min, all busy and can't attend to us, the cashier was helpful running around trying to find someone and every time was said they are on their way. You can walk through the whole mall in 20min so I don't know how big the shop is but it is certainly not that big. I have got 3 questions, 1: what are you going to do about the medical costs? 2: what is going to be done about the slapgat attitude of a customer injury on the premises? 3: what if that cokes fell on a toddler and child and injured them? I want answers or I am going to consult my attornies.
